Job Description:
The position is for mid-level IT Support Engineer at who would be working closely with industry leading solutions from Microsoft and related organizations providing services around Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, Active Directory, and other technologies
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to work independently, analyses and troubleshoot customer problems.
- Actively monitor and support customers on their systems.
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist in configuring and resolving challenges.
- Assist other team members as required.
- Able to organize themselves, manage time, create detailed documentation on their understanding, observations and any changes made to customer environment.
- Flexible to learn new technologies and be proactive in their thinking pattern.
- Should have experience with working on Windows machines and servers with ability to handle computer configurations.
- Ability to troubleshoot software or system related issues.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in Networking or any IT certifications would be a major plus.
- Carry knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft 365, Microsoft AD, AZURE Infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Diploma, Graduate, Postgraduate, Engineering (E&C, Mech, IT, CS)
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Verbal communication and listening, Technical and software knowledge, Problem-solving and critical thinking under pressure and Time-management and multitasking.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Punctual and Self-organized with Time-management skills
- Experience in Networking or any IT certifications would be a major plus.
- Has good critical thinking and interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Is a good team player.
- Must be willing to work in shifts as required.
