The Client

Established since 2004, our Client is an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner providing solutions around Microsoft Platform, which include Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate to Global Clients.

The Problem

With the market rapidly adopting Microsoft Cloud Solutions, opportunities to provide professional and managed services are exponentially increasing. To service them, the company is required to scale up fast. They had to build the capacity by onboarding technically competent software engineers quickly.

The Client required to build a dedicated development team of ten Microsoft Certified Engineers within a time frame of two months. Ramping up the size of the existing team in the USA in such a short time was simply impossible.

Our Solution

The Client approached Star Knowledge looking to build a dedicated development team in a short period. They wanted certified engineers in the latest technologies: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Exchange Migration.

We held meetings with the Client to understand their nature of work, skills, and experience required. Based on this, we presented a plan for building the capacity.

We presented qualified engineers from our resources pool for an interview with the Client immediately. We were able to set up an initial remote team of four Certified Engineers within two weeks of our first meeting.

Within eight weeks of our contract with the Client, their ten-member team was fully operational and contributing to their projects.
