- To maintain work order records.
- To manage the field services resources.
- To track the resources on map.
What we proposed
After reviewing all the requirements of the clients, Star Knowledge technical team proposed to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field services and customize as per the above needs which can address the above needs.
Results & benefits obtained
Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for field services, they were able utilize the right person at the right time which helped them to increase the customer satisfaction and increase resources productivity. They were able to assign and track the work of each resources while they were on field. Able to generate the reports out of it.
