The client is community bank dedicated to fulfilling the financial needs of the people and business throughout Pennsylvania & surrounding areas.

Clients concocted a thought

The purpose of the application was to help superior management approve the loan and to manage the forms or required documents for a type of loan or in general terms to manage documents for commercial lending process.

What we proposed

Star Knowledge proposed a SharePoint application which allow the bank to create new customers for different loan products and help their agents collect required documents for the loan services required by the customer. It also provided the option to store the documents and create pick list for these documents. The application enabled the bank to write work flows for the approval process of loans & enables the bank employees to ascertain the required documents. The application is developed using SharePoint 2010, SQL Server 2008, SharePoint Workflows and Document Libraries

The key benefits realized as a result of the successful project include:

  • The data of the new customers was collected and was shared with the concerned people
  • Document Library helped to maintain the documents of different department which was shared to the relevant user of it.
  • Document was shared with security systems
  • Approval process of the documents was made easy
  • It also provides option to store the documents and create pick list for these documents
