Ensure project scope, approach, and environment is appropriate to customer’s requirements
Set-up and manage project via customer online project portal
Document approved Statement of Work (SOW) as a project plan within Microsoft Project
Update project plan daily to approved baseline plan, through project lifecycle
Manage SLA and milestone commitment fulfillment
Identify and mitigate project risks and problems
Manage Change Order process
Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) - all approved deliverables
Prepare status reports and conduct reviews with customer stakeholders within an agreed timetable
Define and agree “quality” in clear, measurable terms with customer stakeholders
Monitor and ensure the project is in alignment with agreed quality standards
Examine software code to ensure zero defect deliverables
Examine supporting documentation and training to confirm quality-accepted deliverables
Identify and eliminate costly and non-productive project re-work
