Client Goal 

The client wanted to eliminate manual, paper-based quality control by developing a scalable QC/QA application. Their goal was to ensure all products could be reviewed against a defined checklist with automated approval workflows and real-time reporting. 

Challenges Faced 

The existing paper-driven QA process created inefficiencies, delays, and inconsistencies. With 35 different products, each requiring unique approval steps and approvers, the complexity made it difficult to standardize quality checks. Stakeholders had limited visibility into the status of evaluations, and reporting was time-consuming and prone to errors. 

Our Approach / Contribution 

We designed and built a custom Power Apps solution to digitize the entire quality assurance process. The application supported product-specific workflows, with approval paths tailored to each product’s requirements. Automated notifications and reporting ensured stakeholders received timely updates upon completion of evaluations. By replacing the paper-based approach, the client gained a centralized and scalable platform for QC/QA.
