The client is a world class provider of best of breed IT hardware, software, services, and security solutions. They are leading Managed Security services provider in North America

Clients concocted a thought

The Client initiated a strategic objective to develop a new product for managing the Incidents that were reported to them. The new product’s key focus was providing the capability for Client team to respond and resolve to the tickets that are being assigned to them as soon as possible

Challenges

The challenge was to develop a Power BI report that would provide the insight of all the tickets that were raised and resolved based on a number of criteria and send notifications to the relevant people with the detail information.

Solution

Star Knowledge Technical Team conducted a due diligence and proposed to build a Responsive Web application targeted to work on Chrome, Safari and Edge Browser.
