The client aimed to modernize its workplace by adopting SharePoint best practices. With limited technical expertise, they wanted structured departmental sites, digitized processes, and a smooth adoption journey supported by training and guidance.

The organization lacked a clear framework for using SharePoint effectively across different departments.
