Star Knowledge implemented a Power Automate workflow integrated with CoPilot Studio to automate resume parsing, profiling, and classification. Resumes submitted for each job were automatically uploaded to a SharePoint document library, where the workflow extracted candidate information and compared it against the defined job description. The system calculated a match percentage and created candidate summaries, updating them as meta data fields for easy review and filtering.
