Multi-Tenant Microsoft 365 Consolidation

Client Goal 
The client had multiple Microsoft 365 tenants and domains, along with some users still on Google Workspace, following a series of mergers. Their goal was to consolidate all identities, data, and collaboration tools into a single Microsoft 365 tenant, simplifying administration and providing a unified user experience.
