A leading global FMCG enterprise sought to modernize its workplace environment to improve collaboration, streamline document management, and enable process automation. The client’s vision was to establish a scalable, future-ready Modern Workplace foundation using SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform solutions.
