Client Goal 
The client wanted to transition from a limited GoDaddy-hosted Microsoft 365 environment to a fully managed, secure tenant. Their objectives included gaining reliable technical support, improving email and tenant security, streamlining user management processes, and receiving proactive recommendations aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Star Knowledge executed a seamless migration from the GoDaddy-hosted Microsoft 365 tenant to a fully licensed Microsoft 365 environment. Following migration, the client was transitioned into our MSP support model, enabling proactive incident management and day-to-day support. We implemented automated workflows for employee onboarding and offboarding using Power Automate to reduce manual intervention. Security posture monitoring was enhanced through phishing alert management, weekly tenant reports, and recommendations for Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR. We also advised on implementing NinjaOne as a comprehensive RMM solution to improve overall IT management.
