Client Goal 
The client aimed to modernize their email and device management infrastructure by migrating from on-premises Exchange servers to Microsoft 365. Their objectives included improving security, enabling remote management of corporate devices, and transitioning to a cloud-first environment without disrupting daily business operations.

Star Knowledge established secure VPN connections to the on-premises Exchange environment and configured migration endpoints alongside Azure AD Connect for seamless directory synchronization. All user mailboxes were migrated to Microsoft 365 in a phased approach to minimize disruption. Following the migration, Intune-based device management was implemented to enroll all corporate devices, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) was rolled out through a guided user adoption campaign.
