Client Goal 
The client, a multinational organization, aimed to consolidate its hybrid Exchange environment by migrating users from on-premises Exchange 2013 servers into a centralized Microsoft 365 tenant. The goal was to enable seamless collaboration across regions while simplifying tenant administration and maintaining business continuity.
