Automated Invoice Generation for Microsoft CSP Business

Client Goal 
The client needed to automate invoice generation for multiple CSP customers, integrating billing with Ingram Micro to generate accurate, customer-ready invoices every month without manual effort.

• Manual invoice generation consumed 20–24 hours monthly. 

• Data integration with Ingram Micro and customer-specific billing was complex.

Our Approach / Contribution 
Star Knowledge implemented a custom Power Automate workflow integrated with Ingram Micro APIs. The workflow extracted consumption data, generated invoices using HTML templates, converted them to PDFs, and stored them in SharePoint, classified by month and customer. The solution ensured accuracy in margins and costs, automating nearly the entire billing process.
