The client is a Hospitality Industry Solution Provider in the USA.
The Client initiated a strategic objective to develop a new product – an iOS mobile application, for its hospitality industry portfolio. The new product’s key focus was providing the capability for hotel guests to order room food and beverage service in a real-time transaction on their iPhone, while in or out of the hotel facility.
The challenge was to successfully develop, integrate, and deploy the iPhone mobile application within the customer’s existing system environment so that it would straightforwardly coexist with the company’s ERP System on its backend server.
Star Knowledge’s Technical Team conducted due diligence of the Appcelerator Titanium, the ‘best practice’ tool selected for use to construct the iPhone mobile application. The team of iOS app developers designed and created the application that was built and tested on the Simulator (available with the tool).
